No one plans for a biohazard emergency. When Kamuela residents and businesses need help, Four Month Blood Cleanse responds fast, works quietly, and treats every property — and every person — with respect.
We built Four Month Blood Cleanse around one idea: when a biohazard emergency happens, families and business owners in Kamuela deserve a team that shows up fast, works cleanly, and communicates honestly the whole way through. Our technicians are certified in bloodborne pathogen handling, OSHA safety standards, and proper biohazard disposal.
Because our team is based near Kamuela, we're not waiting on a technician to drive in from out of state. We know the local roads, the local disposal facilities, and the local regulations — and that translates into a faster, smoother job for you.
Beyond the technical side, our Kamuela team understands that a biohazard call almost always comes during a stressful, sometimes traumatic moment. That's why every technician goes through communication training in addition to safety certification — so you get a crew that's skilled with equipment and calm with people.
Kamuela customers deserve to know exactly what training and equipment a crew is bringing into their home or business. Here's the short version.
If you want to see credentials before we arrive, just ask when you call. Transparency about our process is part of how we've built trust with Kamuela customers over the years.
From emergency scenes to scheduled commercial decontamination, our Kamuela crew covers the full range of biohazard response — always with the same certified process and the same respect for your privacy.
Blood, bodily fluids, or trauma scenes can't wait, and neither do we. Our Kamuela emergency team is dispatched the moment you call, day or night, weekends and holidays included.
We treat every Kamuela home like it's our own — full sanitation, odor removal, and safe disposal so your family can return to a normal, safe space. We work around your schedule whenever possible.
Kamuela business owners call us to get facilities back to code fast — with full documentation for insurance, health department, and OSHA compliance. We can often schedule work outside business hours to limit disruption.

No two calls are identical, but most fall into a few categories. Here's a closer look at what our Kamuela team handles on a regular basis.
When a death goes unnoticed for days or longer, biological material can affect flooring, subflooring, and even structural materials. Our Kamuela crew removes affected materials safely and eliminates odor at the source, not just on the surface.
Families in Kamuela facing this kind of loss deserve a crew that works quickly and quietly. We coordinate with law enforcement when needed and complete cleanup once the scene has been released.
Hoarding jobs in Kamuela often involve biological hazards hidden under clutter — mold, pest waste, and spoiled materials. We sort with care, separate salvageable items when asked, and sanitize the full property.
Raw sewage introduces serious pathogens into a Kamuela home or business fast. We extract contaminated water, disinfect affected materials, and address any lingering odor or moisture risk.
When a property in Kamuela has been exposed to an infectious illness, we perform full surface and airborne decontamination using medical-grade disinfectants to reduce risk for anyone who uses the space next.
Former drug production sites in Kamuela leave behind chemical residue that ordinary cleaning can't remove. Our specialized team tests, treats, and clears the property according to HI remediation standards.

We show up quickly and quietly — no branded trucks parked outside broadcasting what's happening.
We assess the scene, contain the affected area, and walk you through exactly what the job will involve before we start.
Using hospital-grade disinfectants and proper PPE, we remove, clean, and sanitize every affected surface.
All biohazard waste is transported and disposed of through licensed facilities, with documentation provided for your records.

Paying for an unexpected biohazard cleanup shouldn't add to your stress. Here's how we make the financial side of the process as simple as possible for Kamuela customers.

There's no shortage of companies that claim to offer Biohazard services. Here's what actually separates Four Month Blood Cleanse from the rest in Kamuela.
You'll know the cost before we begin. We work directly with insurance when possible to reduce your out-of-pocket expense, and we explain every charge in plain language.
Because we're locally positioned near Kamuela, our average arrival time beats companies dispatching from farther away. That speed matters when biological hazards are involved.
Unmarked vehicles, plain uniforms, and a no-questions-asked approach with neighbors — your privacy matters to us on every Kamuela call.
Our team documents every step of the job to support your insurance claim, and we bill many major carriers directly to reduce your paperwork.
We don't consider a job finished until the space passes our own internal inspection standard, not just a quick visual check.
Our technicians are trained not just in decontamination, but in how to interact with people on one of their hardest days. That balance matters as much as the equipment we bring.
